2. Service Description

Ads Doctor Melbourne provides digital marketing services including Google Ads management, Meta Ads, website design, and AI automation services for businesses in Melbourne and throughout Australia.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due as specified in your service agreement. For ongoing services, payment is due within 7 days of invoice date. For website projects, a 50% deposit is required before work begins.

4. Limitation of Liability

Ads Doctor Melbourne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom website designs created specifically for them. However, Ads Doctor Melbourne retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio.
